Working Steps of LPG Centrifugal Spray Dryer
1. After filtering and heating, hot air enters into the air distributor at the top of this spray drying machine.
2. By passing through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, the material will be rotated and sprayed into extremely fine fog drops.
3. Through short-time contacting with hot air, materials can be dried into the finished products.
4. Finished products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclone separator. The waste gas will be discharged by blower.
