Introduction
ZPW17/19D single rotary tablet press machine is a single-press type and continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.
Features
1. It is made of stainless steel, meeting the GMP requirement.
2. The outside part of the single rotary tablet press is fully-enclosed.
3. This automatic tablet press machine has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, making cleaning and maintenance much easier.
4. The machine can press not only round tablets but also tablets in different geometrical shapes, double-layer and annular tablets. The tablets may have letters on both sides.
5. All the controller and devices are located in one side of the single rotary tablet press, so that it can be easier to operate.
6. This automatic tablet press has overload protection unit to avoid the damage of punches and apparatus when overload occurs.
7. Its worm gear drive adopts fully-enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with long service life, which can prevent cross pollution.
