Description
ZP35D/37D/41D rotary tableting machines are double-pressing automatically revolving GMP rotary tablet presses. They can press tablets in different shapes, like square, round, oblong and other special shapes. This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and other industries.
Characteristics
1. The rotary tableting machine has a close type cover that is made of stainless steel.
2. The inner tablet surface of this GMP rotary tablet press also uses stainless steel materials, which could keep surface luster and prevent from cross contamination.
3. Equipped with plexiglass perspective window, it could observe the status of pressing piece. Side glass windows could be fully opened, which are easy to clean and maintain.
4. All monitors and operating components are in good order.
5. ZP35D/37D/41D rotary tableting machine is installed with over-load protection apparatus. When pressure overloads, the machine will stop automatically.
6. This GMP rotary tablet press is also equipped with touching key and screen.
7. Transmitting system is sealed in the oil box under the main machine. There is no pollution and it is easy to send out heat.
8. Powder-absorbing apparatus could absorb the powder in the pressing room.
