Pan Type Tablet Coaters

Our pan type tablet coaters coat tablets by spraying a liquid coating solution onto tablets in a drying airstream while being agitated in a rotating pan. The coating pans of these machines are designed with focused airflow to provide more efficient drying, minimizing air usage. Less air usage means that energy costs are lower and smaller air handling unit is required.

The coater can be supplied with high-efficiency HPLV spray guns. The nozzles can be easily changed to accommodate aqueous, sugar, and film coating and are designed to prevent clogging and bearding.
